Duo Capsule Wall Light

This wall sconce is simple and elegant. Two opal white glass shades meet at a small gold collar on a round antique gold wall plate. The upper shade is a tall cylinder, and the lower shade is shorter with a rounded end, so the pair looks balanced and sculptural. The milk glass spreads a soft, even glow with no glare, and the gold plate adds warmth. The compact vertical shape suits narrow walls. It works on either side of a bed or mirror, in hallways and entryways, along a staircase, and in living rooms and dining areas. It fits modern, minimalist, mid-century and contemporary interiors, and it looks best as a matching pair.
